Step 2 - Print out the completed repair form and ship your equipment to us.

Step 3 - We will contact you regarding payment after equipment is repaired.

• All phones are independently boxed and labeled.
• All repairs come with a 6 Month Standard Warranty (effective Jan 01, 2008) or our optional lifetime warranty. - Fast turn-around time.
• NO HIDDEN FEES! No charges to replace basic components. In the event a major component needs replacing (i.e. handset, motherboard, battery), an authorization form is faxed to you before any work is done.
• ADDITIONAL FEES apply to Cisco IP phones T7316 M7310 M7324 M3903 M3904 M3905 Starplus 14XX GLX GMX AT&T MLX and MLS phones ONLY! Because of the special design of these phones, the flex-board is usually replaced and an additional charge of $20 - $28 is added to the repair charge. Rubber keypad replacement $10.00.
