• NO HIDDEN FEES! No charges to replace basic components. In the event a major component needs replacing (i.e. handset, motherboard, battery), an authorization form is faxed to you before any work is done.

Because of the special design of these phones, the flex-board is usually replaced and an additional charge of $20 - $28 is added to the repair charge. Rubber keypad replacement $10.00.
