Upon placing orders, I authorize A to Z Kellatronics, Inc./USEDPHONES.COM to charge my credit card for merchandise to be shipped to the mentioned address. I acknowledge that the billing and shipping address may be different. The charge amount on this agreement does not include the shipping amount, which will be charged when the merchandise is shipped. If the Customer has ordered equipment to be delivered Overnight Red, Two Day Blue, 3 Day Orange or Ground shipping, customer agrees to be responsible for the shipping amount if the equipment is returned. If we are unable to fill your order right away, it will automatically be placed on backorder. Please be advised that your card will still be charged. Backorders are typically filled within three to five business days, yet we reserve orders on backorder status for up to thirty days. All sales are final after 30 days. Returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All returns must have our Return Authorization Number on the package or the shipment will be refused, please call. Absolutely no returns or exchanges will be allowed on special order merchandise. Any check returned unpaid for any reason will be subject to a $25.00 charge. Past due invoices will incur a 1.5% interest charge per month. No refunds will be issued, credit only. All items are under warranty for 6 Months only. Equipment is under warranty for 90 days, unless a limited lifetime warranty is purchased, and can only be returned within 30 days. If any of steps 1-4 is left out, the contract may be voided at any time by A to Z Kellatronics, Inc / USEDPHONES.COM. Usedphones.com respects the privacy of all its members.
