Cisco OC48 IR/STM16 SH AS 1310
The OC48 IR/STM16 SH AS 1310 card provides one intermediate-range, ITU-T G.707, ITU-T G.957-compliant, SDH STM-16 port per card. The interface operates at 2.488 GBits/s (Gbps) over a single-mode fiber span. The card supports concatenated or non-concatenated payloads at STM-1, STM-4, or STM-16 signal levels on a per VC-4 basis. Figure 1 shows the OC48 IR/STM16 SH AS 1310 faceplate and Figure 2 shows a block diagram of the card.
