The RDSP/4108 is a full-size ISA bus four-port board.
The RDSP/400 series has a high-performance 8-bit interface and supports multi-tasking operating systems such as UNIX and OS/2 as well as MS-DOS. The RDSP/400 series was specifically designed for developers wishing to add voice processing capability to smaller PC systems.
The RDSP platform architecture utilizes the latest in high-speed Digital Signal Processing technology to perform continuous signal analysis on multiple ports simultaneously and independently. All features are implemented through high-quality software algorithms. The algorithms and associated firmware are downloaded into the RDSP memory from the host computer and reside there during run time.
